Town house in historical center, Petritoli Marche

Town house on three floors and a canteen under ground.  Ground floor contains of a space where the former owner had a food production and sale, including a bathroom. First floor contains of living room and kitchen, on the second floor two bedrooms with high ceilings and visible wooden beams. The facade is made of the classical brick, it  is a corner house with windows on two sides. The house is abitable but in need of some refurbishment. Petritoli is a very charming historic town and offers events all year around. There are shops, bars, restaurants and other services.
