Historical palazzo, Ripatransone Marche

Entering from the main street in Ripatransone, through a majestic entrance and you are inside this historical palazzo. On the ground floor there is an impressive hallway that finishes in a court yard, where there is a staircase down to the basement with a classic vaulted brick ceiling. The basement is about 54 sq and even holds a "grotta" a cave. The basement also has an independent entrance from the alley parallell to the main street. Going back up to the main hallway and continuing up to the apartment floor wherer there are four bedrooms, one bathroom, a sitting room, a kitchen, dining room and a storageroom. In one of the large rooms the ceiling is completerly covered by frescoes. From this floor there is the access to the attic floor that has visible wooden beams, but it is  not a habitable space. The owners have used the house for week ends and shorter vacations in the recent years.  Distance to the Adriatic Sea less than 15 min by car.
