Nordin Properties is a real estate agency located in the historical centre of Ripatransone in the south of Le Marche, with the mission to provide on-site expertise and professional advice to local and foreign property investors, helping our clients to find the house of their dreams.

The agency is registered with Chamber of Commerce in Fermo and is a member of FIAIP, a national branch organization for registered agencies.
Nordin Properties collaborates with other registered and professional agencies located both in Italy and abroad to be able to offer the best possible service and a wider selection of properties to our clients. Thus, as our client you will not have to deal with multiple brokers and agencies when looking for you future Italian home.
Our broad network consists of specialists and experts of various kinds, including all the important branch connections that may be crucial for the purchase and for developing your new home; refurbishing, restoration, renovation, custom fit interiors; and much more. Many of our partners are multilingual, as our experience tells us that most clients aren't fluent in Italian.

Nordin Properties sets quality before quantity and the main focus is exclusively on the client and his/hers needs. Our service is personal and custom fit, and we will not be charging you for our services until the time of purchase.

Agneta Nordin, the owner
Agneta Nordin is the founder and owner of the agency. Agneta moved to Italy and the region Le Marche in September 2007 and it was love at first sight. Currently living in Amandola she believes she is experiencing the very best of Italy; the hills with it's vineyards, the mountains, the sea, the people and the extra ordinary culinary. With a background as a Human Resources Director for a multinational company both in Sweden and in Italy, Agneta decided in 2012 to start a new carrier and founded the estate agency, Nordin Properties.
Even though I have lived in this region for almost two decades, there is always new places to discover, new dishes and wine to taste, Agneta says. My Italian friends have always told me that in Le Marche you'll find a little bit of everything that Italy represents, the sea and the coast, the local festivities in the medieval villages, the small restaurants with world class, local specialities, the numerous vineyards, the stunning nature and wild life and of course the culture, history, art and music.
In addition to her career within the HR field, Agneta has in the past worked in the travel, tourism and restaurant business. She is fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, English and Italian, with a basic knowledge of German as well. Agneta received her broker degree in San Benedetto del Tronto in 2013 and has since then helped clients from various countries to find their Italian home.
I see myself as very fortunate, Agneta continues, having the opportunity to live here, and I'm happy to share my experience and knowledge with others who want to come and discover Le Marche, and to look for their future Italian home, whether it is by the sea, in the mountains or in hills in between.
Agneta also gives advice to a Swedish Tour Operator which has started to bring groups to the area. She shares her always increasing, personal knowledge on how to enjoy Marche when visiting.
Since I moved here, Agneta concludes, I have invited family and friends from different parts of the world to come visit me. That was the only way to make them understand the beauty of Le Marche and to meet the friendly, generous people living here; it’s impossible to describe with words. All, despite their age or interests and passions, have returned bringing other friends, and they in their turn bring new friends along. There is something for everyone in Le Marche.
